Hi I’m here with Sherri Leopold, with Dream BIG With Sherri.
Sherri, what is that all about?

Well at Dream BIG With Sherri we help you, guide you from feeling small to standing tall, and really help people create an explosion in their business success.

That sounds wonderful. What gave you the idea to do this? How do you do that?

Well I’ve been in the network marketing industry and direct sales for over 20 years and it’s really, really always been a passion of mine to help guide and mentor people. So it’s been a great setting for that and I’ve just sort of pushed out, I really want to help all people in all businesses really just show up as their most powerful self.

You and I were talking, so ‘feeling small to being tall’ means that if people have the best product in the world and they can’t present it in a way that they are powerful and confident, they’re still not going to sell it.

I completely agree with that, and I think that we think a lot about branding our product and the colors and the fonts and things like that, and honestly people buy you first. So I talk about rebranding your own brain which is what I call r-b-y-o-b, and this is about you making sure that you are your most powerful self because people are always going to buy you first. The better you are the better your products are going to be.

I agree with that 100%. I think that a lot of entrepreneurs overlook the part about fixing themselves so that they present as a powerful, centered, competent person and what I’m hearing from you is that you take them from ‘I have this great product but I don’t really know how to sell it because I’m not sure of myself or how good it is’ to ‘I can do anything!’

Absolutely. And you know the interesting thing is, I use a phrase that I always say, that if people know what you have they will want what you have. So you have to lead with benefit, but you have to be confident in that benefit, so even no matter what the product or service is, even if you’re cutting hair, if you say ‘You know what? When you walk out of my salon you’re going to look like a million dollars and you’re going to feel like even more’, that person wants to come to you to get their hair cut because it’s the experience with you. Lots of people have the know how to cut hair but going buy you first and you have to show up confident. And that’s a passion of mine, helping you hit that sweet spot that is uniquely you.

That’s wonderful, is there anything else that you’d like to add to that?

Nope, just that I love helping entrepreneurs, leaders, and I love connecting with people, so I hope people will reach out and just see if we can serve one another.
