Yeah. I am going on two years and I get lots of inquiries about adult sizes. So that is something I’m working on, prototypes in adult sizes for my buddy towels.
That sounds very fun. I would love an adult sized one. So you’ve got this idea because…
I have six kids and laundry is never ending. Especially when one of my children always wants to use three towels after her bath, one wrapped around her hair, one around her shoulders, and one tied around her waist. Yet she’d still complain she was too cold and we needed a solution to solve her problem. And one day I just had this idea. She needs full body coverage. Not like a bathrobe leaving her legs exposed or like a hooded poncho. Her arms were exposed. So I just thought ‘a onesie, instead of a towel a onesie.’ So I went to Google and searched because Google has everything and there was no solution available. So I thought, well, I need to make this cause this is a great idea.
It is a good idea. How did you come up with specific animal types for the designs?
How did I come up with them? I started with the green frog cause that’s my daughter’s favorite animal when she was the inspiration behind this. So I started with the green frog and then I thought I needed a pink one for a girl. And then shark was a favorite cause you know, shark tank. They’re perfect to go on there sometime.
Perfect. So are you selling these directly from your website?
Yes, they’re for sale online. I’m in a few boutiques and at one waterpark. You can catch them on Zulily. I’ve done three Zulily sales. Wow.
Wow. And have you sold out on Zulily?
On Zulily we did sell out, yes.
